How it started
Enact Solutions contacted us to increase brand awareness on social media following a rebrand. As an award-winning drama-based consultancy, they sought to promote their training workshops on socials to improve lead generation.
They aimed to drive traffic to the website through different social media platforms that were tailored to various target audiences, including businesses and educational institutions. Across social media, they wanted to highlight their core values, including being compassionate, effective, and realistic, which helps their clients make positive changes in the workplace, and in education settings.
Support we offered
To understand their business, our team conducted a social media audit, which identified competitors, their target audience, and provided detailed SWOT analysis. With this knowledge, we developed a comprehensive social media strategy and content plan.
For over a year, we managed Enact Solutions Facebook and LinkedIn pages, creating engaging content following our marketing strategy. This included a combination of organic graphic-led posts, consistent daily engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.
To support the Enact Solutions team with their in-house marketing efforts, we hosted tailored social media training sessions and provided a best practice guide to follow.
How it's going
On Facebook, we helped grow their page significantly, achieving fantastic results:
- 11,200 increase in reach, with content reaching over 323,700 people
- 226.1% increase in engagement
- 5,500% increase in link clicks to the website
We also delivered an ongoing social media campaign to promote the launch of their new website, which attracted 16,000 users across 20,000 sessions over the year.
Testimonial:
“I can’t fault any element of the Pick & Mix team’s communication with us. They hold monthly meetings with us, plus even ran two all staff training events, which improved our social content.”
